Financial Statements

Beginning in 2008, Financial Statement information is available from Association Management of Estes Valley. The 2008 Budget was approved by the Homeowners at the 2007 Annual Meeting. The 2009 Budget was rescinded in November, 2008 so the 2008 Budget will continue in effect until a new budget is approved and ratified at the July 2, 2009 annual meeting. Financial statements will be made available at each Board of Directors meeting. Listed below are Budget Comparison by month and year.
